There will be no cancellation charge if the request for cancellation is received more than eight dayes prior to check-in date.
For example, if the room is booked for 20th April, cancellation upto 11th April will be without any cancellation charges .
If the request for cancellation is received between five and eight days prior to check in date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
For example, 50% cancellation charges will be levied for cancellation between 12th and 15th April for a room booked for 29th April.
If the request is received between four days or less prior to check in date, full room rent is chargeable .
For example, if cancellation request is received 16th April on words for a room booked for 20th April.
